About Sweet Deez Art’s Humble Beginnings
I am Deanna Hermez—the artist behind Sweet Deez Art. I am a proud local in Detroit, Michigan—residing here for more than 26 years. I have always painted for fun, starting with scenic & landscape art. When quarantine kicked in brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, I began painting more than ever with extra free time on my hands. As more and more people got to see my artworks, they became interested in buying my original works of art.
I am an artist who is progressively looking to branch out with my art, rapidly advancing in skill, and seeking new mediums for my artistic abilities.
